Our South Australian Egg Brands

Across our free-range egg brands, you’ll find locally grown eggs from hens that, under normal farming conditions, can move freely between their sheds and outdoor ranges. Here, our girls can roam, forage, scratch and dust bathe at their leisure.

At farms across South Australia, their ranges include olive trees, grapevines, native trees and shrubs that provide shade and protection. Outdoor stocking densities vary between our farms and brands, ranging from 1,500 hens per hectare up to the maximum permitted density of 10,000 hens per hectare, which means that even on the smallest farm, each hen has the area of a footy field to roam.

Across our barn laid egg brands, you’ll find locally grown cage-free eggs from hens that live together inside spacious, climate-controlled sheds. Our girls can move freely throughout the barn, where they can perch, scratch and socialise at their leisure, while remaining protected from predators and South Australia’s changing weather and kept cool and cosy throughout the day and night.

Across our cage egg brands, you’ll find locally grown eggs from hens housed in a modern, climate-controlled production system. Our girls have access to comfortable perches and scratch areas, with room to stand, move around and stretch their wings. Their carefully managed environment also keeps them protected from wild birds, predators and South Australia’s changing weather.
